Terenya started working at Talent Associates in 2021 as Office Manager. She is responsible for the entire operational process. This includes planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating multiple facility, financial, HR and other office related processes.
Terenya her focus is primarily on improving productivity, efficiency and working conditions within the company. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she is also responsible for internal and external events and management support, as well as coordination of cleaning, property maintenance and office supplies.
Terenya started her career by advancing from her parttime job into a management role for one of the largest retail chains. When Terenya moved to Amsterdam in 2015 year, she decided to use her skills to advance into her role as Office Manager. In addition to her (at the time) full-time job, she successfully completed her Executive Office Manager course at Schoevers and keeps a close eye on all new developments through her network.
